Contextual advertising is a link or banner on
your page that is advertising something that is related to the content of your Blog
or website. Inline ads are the highlighted words that appear within your text.
For example, once I finish writing this particular article, there will be a few
inline ads that will appear.
Here's how you can take advantage of contextual advertising and inline ads for
your website or Blog.
Sign up for a couple of Contextual ad Programs. You do not want to sign up for
more than two because some ad networks do not allow advertising from competing
companies.
Google Adsense is by far the largest and most popular of the contextual ad
programs, but there are others. Google has a very strict policy of you NOT
promoting, clicking on, or telling others to click on your ads in any way,
shape, or form. You will quickly be banned for life if you do not adhere to
their strict guidelines. Guidelines which can be somewhat confusing to the
novice. If Google suspects that your clicks are not legitimate your account is
terminated and trying to appeal to the Internet Giant for reinstatement is
futile. There are other ad programs however, so if Google gives you the
boot, or does not accept you, here is a list of other ad programs:

Creating a busy, productive, and user friendly blog is a great way to generate additional income and have fun while doing so. There are millions of blogs on the Internet but truth be told, most are just taking up bandwidth. Blogs are free, and anyone can design and maintain a blog. The blog templates are offered immediately after you sign up. However, if you want a revenue producing
Blog you might want to follow these steps.
Sign up with one of the top blogging communities such as Blogger, WordPad, LiveJournal, and a few others, but make sure the Blog Community you choose is ranked in the top 100 of Alexa Rankings.
Don't use the templates that are offered by the Blog you choose, those templates are too plain and your blog will look too much like any other blog out there. You want your blog to stand out, and you also want your blog to look more like a website and not just your typical blog.

overdue it by trying to advertise your Blog or website in your answer because it's unnecessary. Just comment on whatever they are blogging about and your comment alone will provide others with a way to get to your
Blog. As you comment on more and more Blogs you are basically planting seeds that will allow your
